ERP Consultant /bto join our team. /ppbr/ppbYour primary responsibilities include: /b /pulliEnsuring global alignment of define, build and test of relevant global and local interfaces for a deployment /lili Building up and maintaining E2E knowledge as well as support all integrations assigned. /lili Working as one of the Deployment Wave's Key Contacts when it comes to liaising and /lili coordinating with the Key Teams such as the The Global System Management Team GSM and other technical support teams to ensure the requirements are met to establish system connections /lili Diligently tracking and reporting on status progress during the different phases of deployment throughout the entire process of interface delivery within the ASPIRE deployment /liliAs guided by the Skywalker Process, leading the Coordination with BAs and System Architects where you will: /liliParticipate in or facilitate requirements-gathering sessions to ensure all functionality and scope are well documented. /liliValidate the requirements and ensure completion for business continuity. /liliEnsure source-to-target mapping documentation exists (checking to make sure that information about data sources exists). /liliBuild the knowledge to carry out impact analysis for downstream systems /liliEnsure monitoring and error handling requirements are appropriately documented to enable automated monitoring/maintenance processes /liliEnsuring that the deployment backlog includes all interface requirements for the deployment wave /lili Understanding the connectivity for assigned integrations and communicating as well as aligning implementation timelines with relevant partners. /lili Ensuring integrations are adequately covered during DET and DIL, paying close attention to those that are relevant to business critical processes. /lili Ability to perform quality review and approve Functional requirements, Source to Target mappings and solution design documentation. /liliProvide E2E information for all interfaces and establish an effective relationship with assigned Partner Systems for the Matrix. /liliSupporting key activities during Testing (SAT, Integrated SAT, DET) for assigned integrations. /lili Supporting Key Partner System Cutover activities. /liliEnsuring information on the assigned integrations is defined, aligned, documented, and communicated to all relevant teams by contributing to the integrated Deployment Plan. /lili Ensuring relevant documentation for integrations is complete and in the official GxP compliant format system.. /lili Maintaining the E2E central repository for assigned integrations, ensuring all teams have access to complete integration information to reduce knowledge gaps across the teams. /li /ulpbr/ppbYour other responsibilities: /b /pulli Collaborating with the E2E Support Framework and ensuring that the Operations teams have seamless handover for incident and problem management. /lili Ensuring that the operations teams have the right contacts and information to manage incidents and changes post deployment. /lili Actively participating in Hyper Care preparation activities to ensure integrations are adequately planned and knowledge is handed over. /lili Ensuring that monitoring and support for assigned integrations are defined, agreed upon, and implemented by all impacted support/monitoring teams. /lili Actively participating in risk management for the assigned integrations. /lili Forecasting, planning, and managing the workload capacity and staffing needs across the integration development and deployment phases. /liliFor the Digital Backbone Integration (DBI): Actively contributing to the creation of an integration strategy for specific areas or E2E Streams which include Operations, Lifecycle /liliFor the Digital Backbone Integration (DBI): Creating and Providing Standards for Integrations to foster the implementation of global integration standards (especially for non standardized areas like 3PL/4PL or RPAs). /liliFor the purpose of contributing towards the Inquisitor Initiative: Leading post-deployment retrospective reviews to capture lessons learned, and ensure the E2E integration repository is finalized with accurate \"as-built\" documentation for seamless handover and /lili future use. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills/Competencies /b /pulliProject Management experience (ideally SAFE framework) /lili • Experience in integrating systems using Middleware technology to challenge designs, ensure realistic timelines and to coach advise stakeholders. /liliExperience working in an SAP ERP environment /liliExperience in the Pharma and/or Diagnostics industry is beneficial /liliStakeholder management and negotiation skills /liliBusiness analysis skills for documentation review /li /ulpbr/ppbOur offering: /b /p
