We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Investment & Sales Manager with a strong understanding of deal structuring, fundraising, and outbound sales.
Responsibilities
Proactively source and onboard clientsAssess developers and their projects to determine if they are a fit for fundraisingQuickly analyze real estate projects (~20 minutes) for capital-raising suitabilityManage clients end-to-end: onboarding, contracts, fundraising, and success fee collectionMaintain a clean, well-structured CRM
Requirements
Strong understanding of investment concepts (equity, debt, LTV, IRR, ROI)Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear languageComfortable with CRM systems and modern digital tools (including GPT/AI)Strong social skills and relationship-driven mindsetFast learner, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English and Portuguese is required.
