We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who's passionate about creators, content, and building authentic partnerships that drive real impact. Not someone who just sends DMs and manages relationships with creators, but someone who knows how to execute influencer campaigns at scale and turn creators into a consistent growth lever.
You understand social platforms, creator ecosystems, and content trends. You know how to find the right profiles, manage collaborations, brief creators, and measure performance in a practical and results-driven way.
You'll work alongside the Marketing team to execute and scale Venga's influencer marketing initiatives across Spain and other key markets — helping grow brand awareness, trust, and user acquisition through creator partnerships.

Your mission is to help grow Venga through influencer marketing and creator/agency partnerships!
Influencer Campaign Execution
Execute influencer marketing campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube mainly
Research and identify relevant creators and agencies that fit Venga's brand and audience
Manage day-to-day relationships with creators and agencies
Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and content publication
Campaigns & Performance
Support the planning and launch of influencer campaigns aligned with growth and brand objectives
Brief creators and agencies with clear guidelines and campaign goals
Track and analyze campaign performance (installs, engagement, reach, conversions)
Continuously test creators, formats, and content styles to improve results
Prepare clear reports and insights for the Marketing team
Content & Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to align influencer content with product launches and brand messaging
Help repurpose high-performing influencer content into paid ads and organic channels
Ensure all collaborations comply with platform policies as well as local laws and regulatory guidelines

At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing influencer or creator marketing campaigns
Understanding of social media platforms and creator/agency ecosystems
Comfortable managing multiple collaborations simultaneously
Performance-oriented and able to connect influencer activity with measurable results
Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
Collaborative xqysrnh and team-oriented, able to work closely with creative, product, and marketing teams
Thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
Spanish is a must, and a good level of English is needed for team collaboration
Knowledge of the Spanish creator ecosystem

Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3
Fluency in Catalan
Experience repurposing influencer content into paid media creatives
Experience working with mobile-first or app-based products
A good sense of humour and meme culture
