Profile:
We are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented leader with a strong strategic vision. This role is ideal for someone with the ambition and capability to grow into a Country Manager role over time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive ambitious sales growth by leading and motivating a high-performing team.
* Monitor and analyze team performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize results.
* Lead, coach, and support team members in both commercial and technical areas.
* Accompany team members on strategic client visits and support key negotiations.
* Ensure effective contract renewals and proper management of existing agreements.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
* Promote strong collaboration between the local team and international departments (e.g., ISA, eProc).
* Strengthen cooperation between field sales and the Lisbon-based back office.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Economics, or related field (preferred).
* Proven experience in sales leadership and team motivation.
* 5–8 years of experience managing sales teams (min. 5–6 people).
* Skilled in recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales professionals.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Spain.
