BettingJobs is excited to collaborate with a rapidly expanding iGaming company based in Barcelona, seeking a Senior VIP Account Manager to join their team. The role involves managing relationships with VIP players and leading the VIP team.
The ideal candidate is a native French speaker with experience in managing high-value customers in the iGaming sector, focused on maximizing engagement and delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities :
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value players, acting as their trusted contact for casino products.
* Provide excellent service to VIP clients via email, phone, and chat, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Create tailored strategies to retain and grow VIP player activity, including bespoke promotions and incentives.
* Identify opportunities to enhance player engagement and revenue.
* Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in relationship management and professionalism.
* Mentor and support junior VIP Account Managers to foster team development.
* Monitor KPIs such as player retention, satisfaction, and revenue, and report on these metrics.
* Analyze player behavior and trends to inform strategic decisions.
* Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to ensure VIP activities adhere to regulations and responsible gaming policies.
* Collect feedback from VIP clients to improve the VIP program and maintain market competitiveness.
Requirements :
* Proven experience in VIP account management or similar roles within online casinos.
* Native French speaker with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with data interpretation skills.
* Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
* Deep knowledge of online casino products, player behavior, and market trends.
* Experience with CRM systems and VIP management tools.
* Leadership experience, proactive, and self-motivated, with potential to lead a team.
* Customer-focused, discreet, professional, and adaptable.
