Campaya is an international search engine for holiday homes primarily in Europe, but we also have a minority of our homes in the rest of the world.

Our company is in expansion and preparing for the new year with big plans for the future and therefore we are in need of more dedicated, passionate and hard working people to join our team

This is why we are now looking for full

We expect from you:
Fluent in **English plus two **of the following languages, both written and spoken:

- **Danish**:

- German**:

- Swedish
- Norwegian
- Dutch

**Your role will be**:

- You will give support to our customers in the booking process, cancellations or rebookings.
- You will cooperate with other colleagues to provide the best customer experience and service.

For that you will need:
The ability to work independently and responsibly
Computer skills
Self motivation
Logic thinking and problem solving mentality.
Proactive and structured in handling several tasks and channels of communication at a time.
The ability to handle stressful and complicated situations.
Following up accordingly and finishing cases.

The ability to smile and give the best service to our customers - which is what the main focus is.

Our Spanish office is located in Fuengirola, so you must live nearby or be able to transport yourself here.

Applicants must already have their NIE and Seguridad Social documents in order before being able to start. Should you not already have this, our legal department can help you obtain this at a fee. The process must be completed before start up.

We offer you:
Stability with a work contract in one of the best cities in Spain.

There are different options for full time, part time based positions depending on skill set and qualifications.
Working in a well located sunny office with a great international team.

The contracts that are offered are laboral contracts with a 3 month trial period, not autonomo.

Weekdays, weekends, day/evening shifts should be considered, depending on the season, to be able to cover and reach our customers in the best possible way.
