Onsite Medical Representative, Workplace, Health and Safety
The On Site Medical Representative (OMR) will serve as the site’s medical representative in the FC. The OMR will provide functions such as: providing first aid treatment to injured employees, proactively analyzing tasks for potential safety issues, participating in the workers’ compensation process, and implementing a site wellness program.

Key job responsibilities
Reporting to the WHS Manager (Site WHS Manager/WHS Manager/Multi-Site WHS Manager), you will support an assigned site as the medical representative. You will manage the AmCare room and attend to occupational health prevention and medical emergency cases on site. You will support site associates with Return to Work (RTW) plans following occupational injury/illness, and support vulnerable people accommodation at work. Additionally, you will manage AmCare supplies stock, procurement, and emergency equipment inspection. Maintaining associate confidentiality and controlling access to the AmCare room are essential.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma or equivalent
* CPR certification
* At least 2 years of providing emergency services in a pre-hospital setting
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Valid certification in first aid, CPR, and AED from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or willingness to obtain within four weeks of employment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with workers' compensation
* Experience and certification in teaching first aid, CPR, and AED
* Experience in emergency response
