A vacancy for Make in India Manufacturing Engineering Industrialization has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Sevilla.
The successful applicant will join Manufacturing Engineering Department.
**Tasks & accountabilities**
Main scope:
- To define the best build process for the production manufacturing, taking into consideration inputs for the rest of the MFT and continuous improvement of the processes (including STV, Standard line balancing..).
- Lead the concurrence and interface between Design Engineering and production.
- Standardize the process (SOI)
- Analyse and optimization for build process, minimizing waste of time for production, and increasing the security for the production and product.
- Configuration Control Management.
- To integrate the Manufacturing Dossier with all the technical information, quality control, maintenance, health and safety, equipments and tooling.
Main activities:
- Lead the first installation taking into consideration inputs received from MFT.
- Create / Update BOM, routes, SOIaccording to our applicable standards.
- Define industrial resources (Equipments, tooling, special machines..) and the requirements for the creation or modification of them.
- Define key charateristics of the product, and improve the key topics and repetitive problems that are impacting in the production area.
- Be part of the MFT and support it, together with production, quality and other areas.
- Support the continuos improvement, based in the ME experience.
- Organize and support PFMEA/FMEA
- Analyse industrial impacts due to new modifications. Concurrence with design office in order to adapt the design to the real industrialization and production.
- Ensure the configuration Control of the product.
**Required skills**
- Educated in an Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience and knowledge of C295 would be an asset.
- Proactive person.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized & Structured.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
- German or French would be an asset.
- Availability for travelling and being moved to other countries.
