Our partner is a leader in semiconductor metrology through the use of wavefront phase imaging, a technique derived from research in adaptive optics for astronomy. With a multidisciplinary team, and a flagship product, the company is revolutionizing semiconductor metrology with the highest lateral resolution and fastest measurement technique for in-line factory measurements. They are looking for a Regulatory & Quality Assurance Specialist (ISO / SEMI) to join their growing Operations department to maintain and improve their management systems and ensure successful ISO and SEMI certifications. You will coordinate audits, manage compliance documentation, lead CAPA activities, and work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across operations.
Lead ISO (9001/14001/45001) and SEMI certification/recertification activities: planning, evidence collection, and closure of findings.
Own documentation control: procedures, records, change control, and retention aligned with compliance requirements.
Manage nonconformities and CAPA (root cause analysis, action plans, effectiveness checks).
Support implementation and continuous improvement of management systems (process mapping, KPI monitoring, management reviews).
Deliver training and awareness sessions on standards, compliance, and best practices.
Report key quality/compliance metrics and risks to Operations leadership.
Bachelor's degree in a scientific/engineering field (or equivalent experience).
5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems / EHS in an industrial environment.
Hands-on experience with CAPA, nonconformities, and documentation control.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Internal auditor certification (ISO 9001/14001/45001) and/or quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC).
