This is your chance to make a real difference in a fast-paced, international environment.# # Position Overview & Responsibilities* Lead planning activities across all project phases—from sales and engineering to supply, shipping, and commissioning.* Define decision points and turnaround times with all involved disciplines.* Create integrated project plans that identify risks and opportunities early.* Provide actionable insights and monthly progress reports to project management.* Coordinate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to align expectations and execution.* Support successful project delivery through proactive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.* Manage your own portfolio of Parcel projects and bridge project goals with supply chain capabilities.# # Qualifications & Skills* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.* Proven experience in project planning, ideally with Primavera or MS Project.* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.* Analytical thinking, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.* Advanced Excel skills.* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.# # Team & CultureYou’ll join the Global Execution team within the Distribution Domain, with a focus on the Parcel segment.
