The products help asset owners, operators and service providersimprove performance, availability and operational control across renewable energyportfolios.Main clients: utilities, IPPs,asset managers, OCM providers andenergy traders.The mission of this role is to drive revenue growth by:- Growing existing customer accounts through the sale of additional products or software solutions not yet contracted by the client.- Bringing and activating a personal portfolio of target accounts and relationships in the renewable energy ecosystem new logos, converting them into qualified opportunities within the first months.- Owning demand generation for those accounts (prospecting, outreach, meetings and pipeline creation). Marketing supports with content and campaigns, but pipeline creation remains Sales-owned.New Business Development- Identify, qualify and close opportunities with new customers across the renewable energy ecosystem, includingUtilities, IPP-on (hands-on owner-operators), IPP-off (hands-off asset owners), Funds C Asset Managers, OCM Independent ServiceProviders or EnergyTraders / TSO Dispatchers/ Aggregators- Own the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to contract signature.- Partner with Marketing to nurture and convert those accounts (ABM, events, content), while remaining accountable for meeting creation and qualified pipeline.Account Expansion (New Products G Solutions)- Manage relationships with existing customers to identify new use cases and needs addressable.- Drive cross-selling of new software products or modules not yet adopted by the customer.- Build long-term, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.Product-Based Sales, Tenders G Cross-Functional Collaboration- Lead product-based sales processes engaging with technical, operational, business and procurement stakeholders.- Drive sales cycles primarily through direct commercial engagement, while also managing privatetenders and RFPs when required.- Participate in private tender processes, which represent a minority of sales cases but require structured and rigorous execution.- Coordinate internal contributions from Product, Engineering and Services teamsto prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals.- Ensure a structured handover to delivery and customer success teams after contract signature.Requirements:- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the renewable energy sector.- Strong understanding of the operational, technical and commercial challengesfaced by renewable energy companies.- Demonstrated experience selling software or technology solutions with medium to long sales cycles.- Demonstrated ability to bring and leverage an existing network/portfolio of decision-makers (Owners/Asset Managers/OCM/Traders) and convert it into pipeline and closed revenue.- Hunter profile- Background may come from: Renewable energy companies (Utilities, IPPs, Asset Managers, OCM providers, Traders), and/or Engineering, technical advisory or consulting firms serving the renewable industry .- Desirable solid understanding of SCADA systems and/or software platforms for renewable energy assets.- English: Professional levelWhat They OfferA key role in the commercial growth of a leading renewable energy software company.Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and performance.Hybrid model or Remote model: Work from home or from our offices in the center of Madrid.Flexible workinghoursFlexible compensation including discounts on childcare, transport, and mealsPrivate health insurance
