We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our growing company in the Nordic market. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients in the region, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Nordic market.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance and sales metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in account management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
