We are seeking a Creative Operations Coordinator to adapt and localize Disney+ assets and coordinate the project lifecycles of marketing assets for the Disney+ Iberia Creative Operations team. This role involves supporting the delivery and tracking of marketing materials for Disney+ in Iberia.
The responsibilities include adapting promotional materials, obtaining approvals, and ensuring timely delivery to support Disney+'s creative strategy aligned with the Brand Strategy. This development spans areas such as Media Planning, Social Media Content, Press Media Kit, PR, Performance, Customer Management, Partnerships, and Synergy.
This position requires onsite presence 4 days a week at our Madrid office, with one day remote work.
What You Will Do
1. Produce high-quality concept art.
2. Conceptualize and generate multiple artwork ideas across consumer touchpoints.
3. Deliver high-quality artwork for our streaming service.
4. Create and adapt email templates and campaigns for prospects and current members.
5. Translate, localize, and adapt campaign assets across various formats (display, rich media, print, in-app, partnerships).
6. Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to adapt creative assets (Brand, Social, Performance, Customer Management, etc.).
7. Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency with wider product strategy.
8. Manage workflow of materials, including technical needs, formats, and taxonomy.
9. Oversee asset delivery, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication and delivery.
10. Guarantee quality, compliance, and integrity of all work.
11. Liaise with teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1. Minimum 3 years' experience in Media/Entertainment industry, including creative agencies, in asset management or editing roles.
2. Solid knowledge of digital design principles affecting composition, color, space, and hierarchy.
3. Proficiency with design tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop.
4. Knowledge of print production and digital design.
5. Ability to navigate multiple content repositories and platforms.
6. Experience in asset editing, both static and video.
7. Portfolio demonstrating Brand, Social, Performance, and Direct Response content creation.
8. Digital and direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
9. Experience working with brands.
10. Understanding of various video, audio, and print formats.
11. Full proficiency in English.
12. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
13. Self-motivated, responsible, and a good communicator.
14. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
15. Exceptional attention to detail.
