As a Franchise Sales Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
Identify franchise opportunities and potential markets in collaboration with the business development team.
Support franchisees by understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with the brand.
Assist in the training and support of new franchisees to maintain company standards.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics and performance indicators.
Minimum requirements:
Availability to travel.
Commercial and communication skills. Flexible and adaptable to change. An individual with organizational and analytical skills.
At least 2 years of experience performing similar functions.
University degree recommended in International Trade, Business Administration, or similar.
Academic training in fashion business management (valuable).
Academic training in MBA (valuable).
Knowledge of SAP (valuable).
High level of English, German and Spanish.
