Overview
JUturbey is a premium fashion brand originally established in 2012 and currently entering a strategic relaunch phase based in Spain, with the ambition to expand across Europe and internationally. The company is founder-led and currently self-funded. We are seeking the right strategic capital partner to support the next stage of growth. We are looking for a professional who can actively lead the search for investment and engage with investors aligned with premium fashion, retail, and brand-led businesses. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage of the relaunch, working directly with the founder to secure the investment needed to scale the brand.
Role
The Strategic Investment & Fundraising Director will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing investors for the relaunch and expansion of JUturbey. The ideal candidate either:
* Has proven experience raising capital for fashion, retail, or premium brand businesses, or
* Already maintains active relationships with investors such as family offices, venture capital firms, angel investors, or strategic partners.
The role requires someone capable of opening doors, initiating investor conversations, and supporting the closing of investment opportunities. You will work directly with the founder on the company’s capital strategy, investor outreach, and investment structuring.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach private investors, family offices, venture capital firms, and strategic partners
* Lead investor outreach and relationship development
* Present the business opportunity and initiate investment discussions
* Support development of investment materials and investor presentations
* Assist in structuring potential investment agreements
* Advise the founder on capital strategy and investor positioning
Ideal Profile
* Experience in fundraising, venture development, investment advisory, or investor relations
* Proven exposure to fashion, retail, premium brands, or consumer brands
* Ability to source investors or leverage an existing investor network
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working with early-stage or relaunch businesses
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Compensation & Growth
JUturbey is currently self-funded, and this role reflects the early stage of the company’s relaunch.
* Commission-based compensation linked to successful investment introduction and closing
* Equity participation upon securing investment
* Potential evolution into a senior executive finance role (CFO / Investment Director) once the company is capitalized
Specific terms will be defined based on experience, network strength, and level of involvement.
