Lantek is a leading multinational company in software solutions for the industrial sector, specialized in Industry 4.0 and digital transformation.With over 400 professionals and presence in 16 countries, we are committed to continuous innovation to optimize manufacturing processes on a global scale.The Customer Application Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot any software-related problems, help our customers install applications and programs, assist them with computer issues and explain technical details.Consult, specify, install, configure, and provide support on issues related to: Lantek systems software suite, database server and CAD/CAM integration.Support and implement customer projects in Lantek software.Train customers and employees in Lantek systems (on-site and online).Technical background, preferably Computer Engineering .Experience in technical projects involving ERP software.Knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows, IIS, SQL).Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the Sheet Metal industry would be desirable.Knowledge of databases: databases management, SQL Server.Native Spanish speaker.Advanced level of English.
