**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Precision Insights**: Dive into local Profit and Loss statements (P&Ls;), ensuring meticulous review and analysis. Uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
- ** Cost Efficiency**: Conduct detailed monthly assessments of presente vs. cost card direct recovery. Optimize financial processes.
- ** Strategic Budgeting**: Collaborate with markets to submit budget requests (RFs) effectively.
- ** Transfer Pricing Support**: Coordinate local transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
- ** Financial Modeling**: Execute cost card models and oversee invoicing processes.
- ** Operational Solutions**: Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in partnership with market teams.
- ** EMEA Collaboration**: Support a unified team across all centers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- ** Strategic Analysis**: Evaluate new investments, allocate capabilities, and assess product development cases.
- ** Local Stats and Audit Leadership**: Lead coordination efforts for local statistics and audits.
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:
- ** Experience**: 2 to 4 years in Commercial Finance roles or Finance Control/Audit (big4).
- ** Education**: University degree with an internationally recognized finance/accounting qualification (e.g., ACA/CPA, CMA, or CFA).
- ** Analytical Acumen**: Ability to tackle unstructured problems, challenge existing procedures, and provide innovative solutions.
- ** Language Skills**: Fluent in English.
- ** Tech Proficiency**: Comfortable with Office Suite; familiarity with D365 or Navision is a plus.
