Role Overview
The Senior Product Designer is systems‑oriented and tasked to shape the next generation of Sector Alarm’s web‑based internal tools. They power sales, customer support, and operations teams across Europe, helping deliver safety, peace of mind, and exceptional customer service to hundreds of thousands of homes. In this role you design intuitive, efficient, and delightful internal experiences that streamline workflows, reduce friction, and empower employees to work smarter. Beyond interface design you reimagine how internal processes and services are delivered, identifying inefficiencies and helping teams redesign the way work gets done.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve internal tools that simplify complex workflows and enhance operational efficiency across sales, support, and installation.
- Map and redesign workflows and processes that underpin internal services; understand how work happens today, identify pain points, and reimagine how it could work better.
- Lead the development and evolution of a design system for internal web applications, defining reusable components, interaction patterns, and visual standards.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, engineers, and business teams to align user needs, technical possibilities, and operational goals.
- Prototype and validate solutions through user research, usability testing, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Design across multiple interconnected tools, ensuring consistency and continuity in journeys that span several systems (e.g. from point of sale to installation).
- Contribute to product discovery and strategy, identifying opportunities to improve internal efficiency through design‑driven insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, ideally focused on internal tools or B2B applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating solutions for complex workflows and data‑driven interfaces.
- Proficiency with Figma and component‑based design workflows.
- Experience designing and maintaining design systems for web applications.
- Experience building and scaling design systems for real‑world product environments.
- Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- English fluency.
- Valid work permit within the EU.
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
