In this role you drive end-to-end sales for Vodafone SME customers in Spain, collaborating with multiple business units to onboard clients, identify commercial opportunities, and manage renewals and acquisitions across mobile, fixed and digital solutions. You will build a robust pipeline, engage decision-makers, and coordinate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to deliver integrated connectivity deployments. This position sits at the intersection of sales, solutions, and account management in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. You will help grow Vodafone’s SME footprint in Spain while shaping digital and connectivity offerings for business customers.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Analyze SME accounts to understand business goals and needs
• Build and manage a sales pipeline ≈4x annual quota
• Drive renewals and generate new business within existing customers
• Identify opportunities across mobile, fixed, IoT, and digital solutions (GSuite, O365, C&H)
• Onboard new customers and engage key decision-makers
• Prepare commercial P&L proposals with approvals from leadership
• Engage Pre-Sales for advanced fixed connectivity proposals
• Collaborate with Contract Management for commercial xpzdshu formalisation
• Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Care on renewals/acquisitions
• Coordinate with Delivery and Project Management for fixed connectivity deployment
Responsabilidades
• Minimum of one year of B2B sales experience
• Knowledge of the telecommunications market and industry landscape
• Independent work with strong ownership of responsibilities
