Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the end-to-end delivery of critical IT infrastructure workstreams within Airbus Helicopters’ Digital Campus initiatives. You’ll bridge IT infrastructure teams and business units to enable digital transformation through reliable, scalable, and secure deployments. You will lead cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget discipline, and alignment with internal methodologies. - Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules for infrastructure workstreams
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed
- Lead official milestones in compliance with internal project methodologies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including internal IT, external vendors, and business units
- Track expenditures and resource use to meet budget targets
- Maintain clear stakeholder communications with regular progress updates and status reportsResponsabilidades
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex cross-divisional IT infrastructure projects (network, server, cloud, digital workplace)
- Strong knowledge of core infrastructure components (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, virtualization, end-user computing)
- Ability to manage expectations and communicate with technical teams and senior leadership
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
