Its portfolio includes 2.6 GW (1.3 GW operational and over 1.3 GW ready to build or under construction), with a total development pipeline exceeding 18 GW. brWe are now looking for a Senior Asset Manager to give support to our Asset Team in the management of our projects in Spain and other European countries. brWhat will you help with brLead the financial monitoring of projects throughout both construction and operational phases, ensuring strong performance and timely identification of risks and opportunities. brOversee and execute debt drawdowns, debt service payments, and sponsor distributions, ensuring full compliance with financing agreements. brDrive the optimization of project cash flows, liquidity management, and dividend distribution strategies across the portfolio. brLead all waiver requests, lender negotiations and amendments to financing agreements, acting as the main point of contact with banks, investors, and financial advisors. brEnsure full compliance with information and reporting obligations under financing agreements and key commercial contracts, including PPAs and other material agreements. brPrepare and present financial reports, KPIs, and covenant ratios for lenders, investors, and senior management. brLead the control, analysis, and challenge of project revenues, costs, and budget deviations, proposing corrective actions where needed. brReview and validate financial statements, audit deliverables, and statutory reporting at SPV and portfolio level. brManage the issuance, renewal, and monitoring of project financial guarantees, bonds, and security instruments. brAct as the business owner of the asset, with end-to-end responsibility for financial performance, cross-functional coordination, and long-term value creation. brSupport and coordinate with lenders on project hybridization initiatives with battery storage systems (BESS), evaluating financial impacts, covenant implications, and value optimization opportunities across the portfolio. brIdentify and lead strategic initiatives for revenue enhancement, operational optimization, and long-term asset value creation. Who you are brBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. brAt least 5-7 years of proven experience in asset management, project finance, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors. brStrong experience managing SPVs, project finance structures, lender reporting, and covenant compliance. brDemonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and financial modelling; Power Point and reporting skills are essential. brStrong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow management, and budgeting processes. brExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with banks, investors, advisors, and senior management. brProven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities. brStrong critical thinking, decision-making, and presentation skills. brAbility to act as the business owner of the asset, coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders. brExperience working in cross-functional environments, collaborating with development, construction, environmental, legal, and O M teams. brProactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to perform in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
