At General Software, we are seeking a
Mixed-Methods User Researcher
with a strong
quantitative orientation
to join an exciting, long-term project with a leading company in the banking sector.
Your mission
You will design, execute, and analyze
end-to-end user research studies, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches—with a strong focus on surveys, metrics, and data-driven insights—to enhance and optimize the digital user experience.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct mixed-methods research (surveys, usability testing, interviews, analytics-based studies).
Create and manage quantitative research instruments (questionnaires, sampling plans, metrics frameworks).
Analyze datasets and translate findings into actionable business and UX recommendations.
Complement quantitative insights with qualitative evidence.
Collaborate with UX, Product, Business, and Data teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in
quantitative research : survey design, stats, behavioral metrics, dashboards, etc.
Experience integrating qualitative insights into mixed methods.
Strong command of
Excel
and familiarity with analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python, etc. is a plus).
Fluency in German (C1–C2) is
mandatory .
Fluent in English.
Spanish is a plus.
