Join our dynamic Cloud Sales Center team where you'll shape the future of cloud technology sales by developing and leading a team of demand generation reps to bring new startups on AWS. In this role, you'll own sales targets, design and implement programs to improve your team's operations, and develop early-career professionals into successful sellers contributing to AWS's growth across EMEA.
As a DG Manager in Startup, you will lead our high-growth teams in France and EMEA South. You will help customers transition to AWS by understanding their business needs and demonstrating the benefits of AWS services. You will develop customer acquisition strategies and coach the next generation of AWS talent to learn, grow, and succeed.
Your main responsibilities include owning sales targets for pipeline creation, collaborating with sales leaders to optimize prospecting strategies, and engaging with stakeholders across the business. A successful leader should be eager to develop others, driven to meet goals, and capable of leading large-scale sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
1. Own pipeline creation targets and develop a high-performing DG team.
2. Achieve key metrics and contribute to the success of the broader EMEA DG teams.
3. Manage business reporting to senior leadership.
4. Analyze data and trends to inform decisions.
5. Coach team members to improve prospecting effectiveness.
6. Manage sales compensation schemes.
7. Collaborate with marketing, sales, partners, and other stakeholders to enhance tools and processes.
8. Identify and resolve reporting issues and process gaps.
9. Participate in ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed.
