About the Hiring Team:
Overview: The Finance Manager oversees the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, risk management, and reporting. They ensure financial goals are met and resources are used efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the accounting team or external resources.
* Ensure timely reporting and control analysis.
* Handle cash management, year-end statements, bank and auditor relationships.
* Manage contracts related to insurance, rent, and vehicle leasing per group policies.
* Coordinate with the Corporate Finance team and legal advisors on shareholder meetings, mergers, etc.
* Lead budget planning and forecasting.
* Implement new information systems and maintain internal controls.
* Act as local budget gatekeeper and conduct variance analysis.
* Partner with sales and technical teams.
Key Success Indicators:
* Gross Margin, EBITDA, DSO.
* Team management metrics such as attrition.
* Preparation of annual audited financial statements without reserves.
* Alignment with sales analysis.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in accounting or finance.
* 10-15 years of experience, including at least 5 in a similar role.
* Proven team management skills.
* Experience with monthly fast closing processes.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
