Tasks and Qualifications:
Main Job Objective
* Deliver the assigned project scope and tasks by meeting and exceeding safety, quality, On-Time-Delivery, and budget requirements.
* Provide support to our customers.
* Produce PLC software and/or visualization systems.
* Emulate and test PLC software.
* Interpret electrical schematics and design input information.
* Commission controls systems on-site, including electrical and PLC software commissioning, and support system test activities and end-user training.
* Produce commissioning documentation, including checklists and test specifications.
* Provide technical guidance.
* Maintain all associated documentation, such as design calculations, specifications, operation manuals, and test documents.

Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in Electrical/Mechatronics/Controls Engineering at a minimum.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Proven hands-on experience in industrial automation.
* Understanding of PLC development tools (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.).
* Good understanding of electrical and electronic manuals & drawings.
* Knowledge of design standards such as Machine Directive and safety standards.
* Understanding of distributed control systems.
* Extensive experience in software testing and emulation.
* Experience with automated warehouses is desirable but not essential.
