Your Mission:
Join our dynamic international team in Barcelona as a Customer Representative and be the first point of contact for our Danish-speaking clients.
Youll provide top-quality customer service, assist with inquiries, and ensure an exceptional client experience in every interaction.

What Youll Do:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish and English.
* Provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality.
* Represent the brand with professionalism and positivity.
What You Bring:
* Fluency in Danish and English (spoken and written).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
