Spanish speaking Channel Sales Manager

Main duties: Responsible for sourcing and managing channel partners to drive sales growth, build strong partner relationships, execute strategies, and monitor partner performance.
The role:
1. Identify and enlist new channel partners presenting the company’s product.
2. Lead onboarding processes ensuring new partners are set up.
3. Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support.
4. Be the main point of contact for partners, ensuring good relationships are built.
5. Develop and implement strategies in line with company goals.
6. Collaborate and liaise with internal teams, coordinating promotions and initiatives.
7. Track partner activities, set performance targets, and analyze for continued improvements.
8. Ensure company policies are complied with.
9. Provide channel partners with support as needed, including sales resources and technical advice.
10. Participate in trade shows as needed.
The candidate:
* Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential & Fluent in English.
* B2B sales or channel development experience needed.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Results-driven, analytical, and motivated.
* Able to work remotely and autonomously.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems.
* Able to travel within the designated region.
