Are you a native Dutch speaker with a talent for tech sales and a passion for building strong partner relationships? We’re hiring an Inside Partner Business Manager (IPBM) to support a major global tech brand by developing and empowering their reseller network in the Dutch market.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage a portfolio of Dutch-speaking channel partners to grow RHIG’s market share, sales, and margins.
* Educate partner sales teams on HP’s products, solutions, and competitive advantages.
* Drive partner engagement through business planning, enablement, and pipeline management.
* Analyze partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and support deal closure.
* Work closely with Inside Sales, BU Marketing, and channel stakeholders to align strategies.
* Provide regular forecasting, performance tracking, and lead follow-up using CRM tools.
Requirements
2+ years in technical sales or account management (preferably in a channel or distribution environment)
Knowledge of channel programs and partner ecosystems is a big plus
Skilled in negotiation, relationship-building, and presenting value propositions
Comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work towards goals independently
