At Clue Technologies the Technical Lead Engineer provides end‐to‐end technical leadership and governance across programs, ensuring the coherence, integrity, and technical excellence of engineering solutions from concept to certification, aligned with business objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. What will you do? Technical Leadership and Oversight Provide comprehensive technical direction and leadership across all engineering domains. Define and evolve the program's technical and architectural roadmap in line with company strategy and customer needs. Ensure alignment of all technical efforts with program objectives, schedule, and quality targets. Mentor and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, promoting excellence, collaboration, and adherence to best practices. System Integration, Test, and Validation Lead and oversee system integration and end‐to‐end testing to verify compliance with functional, performance, and safety requirements. Ensure validation activities meet customer, regulatory, and certification standards. Coordinate and resolve complex technical issues affecting system‐level performance or compliance. Technical Decision‐Making and Governance Serve as the final authority on major technical and architectural decisions, ensuring coherent and maintainable system designs. Chair key design, integration, and review boards, maintaining systematic technical oversight and progress tracking. Establish and enforce engineering standards, processes, and quality criteria to ensure technical integrity throughout the product lifecycle. Stakeholder Technical Liaison Act as the principal technical interface for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, regulatory bodies, and senior management. Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable communication to support strategic decisions and customer confidence. Support contract and proposal activities with credible technical inputs and risk assessments. Compliance, Certification, and Standards Assurance Ensure adherence to applicable standards and regulations (e.g., ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4761). Approve and monitor compliance and certification strategies, ensuring safety, airworthiness, and quality requirements are fully met. Sponsor system safety and reliability assessments, promoting a proactive safety culture. Risk and Opportunity Management Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks affecting program delivery and performance. Drive continuous improvement and innovation, exploring new technologies, methods, and processes that enhance competitiveness and efficiency. What profile are we looking for? Mandatory Experience in avionic systems and embedded computer development. Previous experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex engineering programs. Deep knowledge of certification processes (DO-254, DO-178C, ARP4754A). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‐functional collaboration skills. Strong command of English (spoken and written). It will be an added value if you have: Experience with airworthiness authorities and certification audits. Familiarity with industrialization processes and manufacturing environments. Background in system integration and validation. Experience in defense or aerospace strategic programs (e.g., FCAS). Knowledge of engineering lifecycle management and digital continuity tools.
