DevOps Engineering Manager
€This role can be managed remotely within the EU with occasional travel to the clients IT hubs across Europe, or on a hybrid basis from Wroclaw, Brno or Barcelona.
We're hiring on behalf of a leading global Manufacturing company seeking an experienced DevOps Team Manager to lead and scale their cloud automation and deployment strategy.
You'll head up a global team of 15 DevOps engineers, driving automation, reliability, and performance across all environments. Lead and mentor a distributed DevOps team across multiple regions.
Define and execute DevOps/DevSecOps strategy aligned with business goals.
Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes .
Drive operational excellence, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
Establish a Community of Practice to share and promote DevOps best practices.
5+ years in DevOps or development roles, including 2+ years in team leadership.
~ Strong background in CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud automation (Azure preferred).
~ Proven experience with Git, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure Pipelines .
~ Agile or ITIL background
DevOps certifications (Microsoft / AWS)
