We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the development of the Portuguese market.
This position reports directly to the Regional Manager and is responsible for independently building and expanding our presence in Portugal.
The adecuado candidate is proactive, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating in a growing and fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently develop and expand the Portuguese market
- Identify and build relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs and project partners
- Coordinate internally with logistics, technical support and finance teams
- Provide structured feedback on pricing, competitors and market trends
- Participate in customer visits, trade fairs and key project follow-ups
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements
Language
- Portuguese: Native or near-native level (able to conduct independent business negotiations)
- English: Basic business communication level
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of independently managing the full sales cycle
- Demonstrated ability to develop a market without relying on pre-existing client resources
- Experience building a region or client portfolio from 0 to 1 is highly valued
Industry Background (Preferred)
Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Solar / Energy Storage / Renewable Energy
- Industrial Equipment / Electrical Products / Technical Solutions

Compensation
Compensation structure includes fixed salary + performance-based commission aligned with market expansion targets.
