We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Trade Marketing Assistant in the Automation industry. The Trade Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in assisting with trade marketing activities, including coordinating point of sales animation, managing promotions, and analyzing market trends. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in trade marketing and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and dynamic B2B market.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and execute POS activities, including setup, logistics, and collateral analysis
- Assist in creating and implementing promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and sales
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Support the development and maintenance of trade marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and sales tools
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure effective communication of product features and key selling points
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Coordinate with Business Area team and agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
**Qualifications**
- Currently studying a master’s in marketing or related field
- Possibility of signing an agreement with your school/ university for 6-months period
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
