What you'll do
* Independently manage and execute all aspects of marketing for the LATAM region
* Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, community platforms, and growth campaigns
* Plan and implement strategic marketing campaigns in line with the region's growth direction
* Ensure all external-facing content—visuals, messaging, and storytelling—meets a high-quality standard
* Analyze campaign performance and user insights to iterate on marketing strategies
* Stay informed about local trends, competitor activities, and cultural insights to inform content and campaign decisions
What you'll need
* At least 5 years experience in marketing, with a focus on digital growth and content execution
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a creative eye for visuals and brand consistency
* Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
* Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver under pressure
* Solid understanding of the Spanish market, including crypto or fintech space (preferred)
* Experience in designing or directing visual assets is a strong plus
