About the Division
The Private Bank combines Deutsche Bank’s private client’s business and its international business with private and commercial clients together with Wealth Management in a single division. In both the domestic German market and worldwide the Private Bank provides high‑quality advice to over 20 million clients and a broad range of financial services in 19 countries – ranging from day‑to‑day banking services right through to advisory services for sophisticated Private Banking and Wealth Management clients.
About the Role
Our 13‑month Graduate Programme is characterised by a focus on product areas for private and wealth customers, including Banking, Lending and Investment Solution products. You will benefit from structured learning opportunities and clear career planning while rotating through different areas in Private Bank. You will learn our bank’s products, support the development of our offerings, and gain extensive experience in dealing with internal and external customer requests. You will develop analytical and advisory skills, learn about the Wealth Management operating model, risk management and operations, and may rotate into other parts of the Private Bank.
What we look for
We are looking for motivated university graduates who like to work in a team and are enthusiastic team players with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. You should be passionate about financial topics, aware of tactical developments in markets, and able to provide analysis and commentary to clients and colleagues. Excellent English, written and spoken, is key and at least one additional fluent language is required (e.g., French or German). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Bloomberg would be advantageous.
Eligibility
* Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1 January 2025 and 31 July 2026.
* Be able to start full‑time work in July 2026, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
* Possess no more than 12 months of full‑time relevant work experience (excluding internships).
