These teams enable effective decision-making, manage risk, optimize resources, and ensure regulatory compliance.Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to deliver end‐to‐end talent management solutions.Lead TM/OD projects and manage external vendors.Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and HIPO identification, track development progress.Provide guidance on leadership development, career planning, and performance management.Maintain internal TM documentation and act as SME for performance and talent processes.5–8 years' experience in talent management, including organizational development, training, and performance management~ Able to work independently with minimal supervision~ Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
