We are seeking to hire for their subsidiary in Viladecans a:
Position: General Manager / Managing Director
Reporting to the CEO of the Group, the successful candidate will lead and accelerate strategic initiatives aligned with the global Vision 2030, integrating them within the organization and fostering synergy across departments.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Overall leadership and strategic management of the Spanish subsidiary, focusing on executing sustainable, future-oriented strategies aligned with the Group’s vision and mission.
2. Full P&L responsibility, emphasizing results management, profitability, and long-term value creation.
3. Leading the transformation towards a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach, enhancing customer value beyond product delivery.
4. Developing a service-driven organizational structure that supports sales strategies and builds long-term customer relationships.
5. Identifying and expanding market opportunities in existing and new sectors, based on a sustainable go-to-market strategy grounded in market and client insights.
6. Driving continuous improvement of internal structures and processes, promoting agility and operational excellence.
7. Coaching, empowering, and developing the management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and leadership growth.
8. Maintaining open, appreciative communication with employees at all levels and acting as a visible, hands-on leader and role model.
9. Ensuring regular, transparent communication and reporting to Group headquarters, providing strategic insights and updates.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven leadership experience in driving change and transformation.
* Strong track record in value-based, top-down sales and P&L management.
* Experience in a transformation journey—shifting from product-centric to consultative, service-oriented sales—considered a strong advantage.
* Knowledge or experience in maintenance and lubrication management (e.g., ICML 55.1) is a plus.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
