vMOX is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Specialist to support vMOX's mobility management solutions. This role is responsible for the staging, kitting, and preparation of mobile devices and routers, ensuring accurate and timely deployment to internal teams or clients. This person is also responsible for managing and maintaining inventory in the warehouse that is always up to date and of the highest quality, ensuring customers have real time visibility into their mobile assets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining high standards of inventory control and operational efficiency.
Essential Functions :
* Stage and kit mobile devices and routers according to standardized procedures and project specifications.
* Perform quality checks to ensure all components (SIM cards, accessories, routers, documentation, etc.) are properly configured and included in shipments.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling and storing.
* Coordinate procurement, warehousing, and technical teams to meet deployment timelines.
* Track shipments and manage inbound / outbound logistics documentation.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies in equipment, shipments, or orders.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and secure logistics operations space.
* Adhere to safety, security, and data protection protocols during all logistics processes.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics workflows and inventory management.
* Document standard operating procedures and maintain accurate and up to date knowledge base articles for all inventory and deployment processes for vMOX customers.
* Support and lead the roll-out of new Inventory related processes.
* Pick, pack, and ship orders to clients within defined SLAs and in accordance with documented procedures.
* Alert management proactively of any situations that may arise around shipping supplies, low inventory levels and other warehouse related processes.
* Handle tickets within queue regarding device replacement, reassignments, forward and reverse logistics.
* Support the quality and customer service mission of the company by striving to provide exceptional customer service in a safe manner.
Qualifications :
* Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
* Minimum of two years’ experience leading order fulfillment or customer support / warehouse environment work.
* Impeccable customer service skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
* Ability to type 45 WPM.
* Excellent communication including written, verbal and presentation skills.
* Strong background in problem solving and troubleshooting.
* Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through and attention to detail.
* Excels at identifying opportunities for improvement and taking action to implement solutions
