What You Will Do In This Role
In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. As an Engagement Manager on our team, you will:
* Onboarding Independent Software Vendors (ISV) into success, explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, opportunities and setting up engagement expectations.
* Activating technical consults and Go-To-Market Planning sessions
* Pipeline management of their ISVs through proactive outreach, to ensure they have all the support required to meet their anticipated publication dates
* Nurturing and activating through regular emails and one-on-one meetings with ISVs and track progression towards the next steps
* Troubleshooting of program-related issues ISVs might face
* Promote content, events, programs, and other desired actions
* Working in-tandem with the ISV Technical Team to support ISVs with activating their technical consultations

Concentrix is a great match if you:
* Are bilingual or proficient in German plus advanced English
* Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related field
* Have minimum 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, 1 years (+) IT industry experience
* Have sales skills – Familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.
* Can accurately document call outcomes and notes
* Have basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions
* Are fluent with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is required
* Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business language
