brOur Sales Supervisors are empowered to achieve personal and store goals through coaching and leading their team to
brdeliver an elevated Customer Experience, both in store and virtually. Our Sales Supervisors have exceptional communication skills and, as team players, collaborate with a positive approach to challenges, demonstrating speed, energy and optimism.

brWhat You’ll Do:
brPeople
brInspire, lead and coach the store team and collaborating with the host store to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability.
brSupport the management team in training and developing the store team as well as onboarding new joiners.
br
brSales and Service
brLead the team of MK Ambassadors to ensure they are prioritizing exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business both in store and through Virtual Shopping.
brEnsure MK Ambassadors maintain client communication using all available clienteling apps and tools.
brProactively manage client database to increase sales.
brEnsure sales and unit goals and all relevant KPIs are set for MK Ambassadors and communicated effectively.

brOperations
brEnsure loss prevention is a key priority, assuming responsibility for taking quick action on early indications of any loss, collaborating with with SM, ASM and LPRM.
brEnsure all company communication platforms are used effectively and relevant actions taken.

brYou’ll Need to Have:
brRelevant proven retail experience with a fast-paced retailer
brTechnology proficient, knowledge and use of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience.
brAble to work and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment keeping a positive attitude and maintaining Speed, Energy and Optimism
brProficiency in KPIs and Microsoft Office
brFluent English
