The Change Experience Lead is responsible for planning and implementing organizational change management strategies. They will work closely with senior stakeholders to influence behavior change and compliance.
Your key responsibilities:
Communication Strategy & Execution
* Create communications strategies to inform and empower employees to adopt IT-driven changes.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to influence organizational behavior change and compliance.
* Use innovation to create effective communications campaigns addressing complex topics.
* Simplify and streamline communications processes.
* Partner with business stakeholders on function-specific communication strategy.
* Advise on project, portfolio, and annual communication plans.
* Fulfill end-to-end user communication strategy.
Change Management Strategy
* Apply organizational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans.
* Conduct impact analyses and identify key stakeholders.
* Manage anticipated resistance to communication plans.
* Build awareness and inspire change adoption across all users and stakeholder groups.
Consultation & Business Partnership
* Act as a partner to Domain Leads/Product Line Leads/Large-scale projects.
* Consult and provide input to Product Roadmaps.
* Advise on Resource Management within the Domain/Product Line.
Change Teamwork
* Partner with other teams to secure efficient ways of working.
* Share knowledge within the team.
* Advise on timing of solution deployment.
