We are looking for an IT Technician to be part of an international cybersecurity company.
Must have
* Cisco certifications or equivalents (CCNA, CCNP)
* Microsoft certifications or equivalents (MCP, MCSE)
* Linux System Administrator certifications (LPIC-1, LPIC-2)
* Other relevant security certifications (CISM, CEH, SANS)
* Vendor certifications
At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
Prior demonstrated experience in team leadership, employee development, and interpersonal communication.
Strong supervisory skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Ability to interact professionally with clients.
Additional Skills and Experience
* Developing processes and procedures for client in-house teams.
* Experience in project management methodologies.
* Ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
* Passion and enthusiasm for cybersecurity.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
* Over 3 years of technical IT exposure in operational environments.
* Good understanding of hardware and software, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
* Solid foundation in networking protocols and architecture.
* Experience working in Windows, Linux, and Cloud environments.
* Management and administration of ICS devices.
* Knowledge of IPSEC and VPN solutions.
* Experience with security devices such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, UTMs, VPN concentrators, proxies, content filtering, antivirus, and anti-spam.
* Technical knowledge in cybersecurity solutions.
* English proficiency; Italian is valuable.
Willingness to travel if required.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise the Provision Team, including scheduling, professional development, and discipline.
* Train and develop team members, evaluate skills, and ensure expertise levels.
* Design, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices for the team.
* Plan, organize, and oversee daily activities, including installation, maintenance, and support of IT equipment at customer sites.
* Support the technical team and coordinate with presales, NOC, and SOC managers for customer installations.
* Develop and enforce upgrade and maintenance plans in coordination with the Provision Manager.
* Ensure SLA compliance and service quality.
* Document all work performed at customer sites.
* Manage assets and inventory deployed at customer locations.
* Maximize IT equipment and infrastructure availability through continuous improvement and preventive maintenance.
* Travel to various sites and assist end users as needed.
* Complete monthly status reports and participate in global projects.
