Role Overview
Bull is looking for a Sales Specialist – Infrastructure Solutions to support the development of new business opportunities in Spain within the ICT infrastructure domain, including servers, storage, and networking solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, combining strong technical understanding with consultative selling capabilities to identify and develop opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, originate, and develop new business opportunities within the ICT infrastructure space
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal and deal closure
Act as a consultative sales partner, understanding customer business challenges and translating them into technical solutions
Engage with customers at executive and decision‑maker level, building credibility and trusted relationships
Collaborate with pre‑sales, technical experts, and delivery teams to shape competitive and value‑driven proposals
Manage and grow large and complex accounts, ensuring a professional, strategic sales approach
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and evolutions in infrastructure technologies
Required Skills & Experience
Strong technical background with demonstrable knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including servers, storage, connectivity / networking
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and vice versa
Solid experience in consultative selling of complex solutions
Proven track record managing large or strategic accounts
Ability to operate with executive presence, both independently and as part of a team
Languages: Spanish, Catalan
Strong communication, xhfqzwm negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Personal Attributes
Proactive, results‑driven, and customer‑oriented mindset
Strong commercial intuition combined with technical credibility
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively in a team environment
Comfortable operating in complex, matrix‑driven organizations
