Changan Europe plays a key role in expanding the brand’s presence across European markets, delivering high-quality vehicles and building strong, long-term partnerships with distributors and dealers. /p pb Position Summary /b /p p The Regional Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales performance, supporting distributor and dealers reporting directly to Sales Manager from Spain (based in Madrid- Alcobendas), and executing regional sales strategies across assigned European markets. This role acts as a key link between headquarters, regional partners, and local customers to ensure business growth, brand consistency, and customer satisfaction. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /p ulli Manage and develop sales activities within the assigned European region to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets. /lili Support and coordinate with importers, distributors, and dealer networks to ensure effective sales execution plan. /lili Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. /lili Implement regional sales strategies, campaigns, and incentive programs in line with company objectives. /lili Track sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs; prepare regular reports and presentations for management. /lili Collaborate closely with marketing, aftersales, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth market operations, following the Sales Manager instructions. /lili Support dealer training initiatives related to products, sales processes, and brand standards. /lili Represent Changan Europe at regional events, trade shows, and partner meetings as required. /li /ul pb Requirements Qualifications /b /p ulli More than 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or mobility industry in OEM/ EV OEM. /lili Availability to travel +60% of the time. So that visiting dealers is daily task, along Spain. /lili Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights. /lili Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. /lili Ability to work independently in a multicultural, fast-paced environment. /lili Willingness to travel frequently within Europe. /lili Fluency in English and native Spanish are required due to daily tasks and meetings with suppliers, Headquarters, clients, potential clients and team. /li /ul
