‘OKU’ is derived from the Japanese spiritual and architectural concept that means ‘inner space’. OKU Hotels is a boutique collection of soulfully curated, laid-back luxury hotels, created for the modern traveler. Each property is designed around barefoot luxury, local connection, and slow living.
OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza, Andalusia, and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey and the Maldives. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
* As a key contributor to the OKU guest experience, you will embody our laid-back luxury ethos through intuitive, personalized, and holistic wellness treatments.
* Deliver a range of holistic and therapeutic treatments, including massages, bodywork, and wellness rituals, in line with OKU spa standards.
* Create tailored treatment experiences based on individual guest needs and wellness goals.
* Maintain deep knowledge of holistic therapies, healing techniques, and wellness philosophies.
* Ensure treatment rooms are prepared to the highest standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation.
* Provide professional consultation and aftercare advice to enhance the guest’s wellness journey.
* Promote spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products through personalized recommendations.
* Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to confidentiality standards.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
* Collaborate closely with the spa reception and wellness team to ensure seamless daily operations.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience as a Holistic Therapist, Massage Therapist, or Wellness Practitioner in a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury spa environment.
* Certified qualification in massage therapy, holistic therapies, or related wellness disciplines.
* Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, body anatomy, and relaxation practices.
* Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and guest care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and calm, empathetic demeanor.
* Ability to create a serene and nurturing environment for guests.
* Advanced level of English required; Spanish and additional languages are highly valued.

* Como pieza principal en la experiencia del huésped en OKU, representarás nuestro concepto de lujo relajado a través de tratamientos holísticos personalizados e intuitivos.
* Realizar una variedad de tratamientos terapéuticos y holísticos, incluyendo masajes, terapias corporales y rituales de bienestar, siguiendo los estándares del spa OKU.
