Assist in food planning, preparation and production. Assist in the inventory and records of food beverages items. /ppbr/pp• Implement the instructions given by the supervisor. /pp• Assist food planning, preparation and production. /pp• Adhere to professional standards of food presentation, production and portion control according to the Company’s standards and requirements. /pp• Support the daily operations of the kitchen. /pp• Assist in stock control of food and beverage items. /pp• Maintain high standard of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. /pp• To put into effect team’s cooperation and work towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system. /pp• Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities. /pp• Undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time. /p
