Customer Support Specialist – German & Spanish (B2)

What you'll do:
* Support customers via phone, email, and chat
* Assist with banking-related inquiries and account support
* Deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment
* Work closely with an international team and grow your career
Available shifts:
* Morning Shift: 07:00 – 16:00 (8 openings)
* Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 24:00 (7 openings)
* Night Shift (Madrid only): 22:00 – 07:00 (5 openings)
Salary Package:
* Madrid: €22,800 gross/year + €1,200 variable bonus
* Valencia: €20,800 gross/year + €1,200 variable bonus
What we're looking for:
* German B2+
* Spanish B2+
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer service experience is a plus
* Availability to work shifts
