ERP Finance Consultant – Dynamics 365 F&O
Avanade is seeking a collaborative ERP Finance Consultant with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You will work with a team passionate about technology and innovation to help clients simplify complexity and thrive in the digital age using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities
* Transform business requirements into a clear technical model and map processes to application requirements.
* Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to meet client needs.
* Run workshops with clients, consultants, and leaders to analyze and design solutions;
address gaps identifiedduring prototyping.
* Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are reflected in specifications and functions.
* Document settings and prepare clients to use the system.
* Support testing and train users.
Qualifications
* Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner.
* Passion for learning, good business sense, and time management.
* Ability to manage client expectations effectively.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
* At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX OR experience supporting Dynamics 365 F&O as a strong user within the Advanced Warehouse Management module.
* Experience managing/leading teams is nice to have but not required.

What You’ll Do
* Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications;
align processes with application capabilities.
* Prototype and configure processes in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to support client needs.

* Work with the technical team to ensure requirements are reflected in system specs and functionality.
* Analyze client workflows to identify functional and non-functional requirements.
* Document settings and prepare clients to use the system.
* Support testing and train users.
