What success looks like in this role:
* Provides Compliance advice and support within specific functions, departments, or product areas.
* May focus on particular aspects of compliance considerations, such as commercial contracts, licensing, privacy, data management, safety, security, etc.
* Performs legislative and policy research, advising internal teams to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines.
* Works with functional and operational teams to ensure understanding of and adherence to relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
* May assist with RFP response review, third-party due diligence, or other compliance activities.
* May serve as liaison with state, local, and other authorities to file documentation, obtain approvals, and request information and opinions.
* Works with product, sales, marketing, and other teams to identify, understand, and address risks associated with ongoing business operations.
* Develops risk-specific mitigation strategies and supports their implementation.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years' relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
