CIB is a global business operating across multiple geographies, products, and client segments. As a result, the team maintains a comprehensive view of the various initiatives being developed across regions and business lines, with the objective of supporting the achievement of CIB’s strategic goals.
About the job:
You will be a senior member of a team responsible for defining and driving CIB’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the rest of the Group. You will be involved in strategic and transformational projects within a dynamic, results-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy & Execution: Lead the definition and execution of strategic projects, ensuring they align withBBVA Group and RCP goals.
* Transformation: Drive major transformation initiatives across various products and geographies forgreater scale.
* Leadership Support: Facilitate key decision-making for CIB leadership and support top managementwith strategic presentations and market analysis.
What are we looking for?
Experience & Background:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field;
MBA or relevant postgraduatedegree preferred.
* Fluency in English (minimum C1;
C2 preferred).
* Proven experience in strategy and/or business development.
* At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of CIB is an advantage.

* High level of motivation and ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments.
