Job Description:
Tempe is the footwear and accessories division of the Inditex Group. Located in Alicante, it employs over 2000 professionals from various nationalities. The Group's brands represented in Tempe include Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Zara Home, Oysho, and Stradivarius, each with its own Design, Manufacturing, Buying, Product, and Distribution teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Define, plan, and execute the online commercial strategy for the season across international markets and assigned lines, including product selection and setting directives for commercial, distribution, and communication objectives.
2. Provide content and information for the press minisite and showrooms to promote products.
3. Define the product image for each campaign, including presentation, looks, and details in collaboration with the Image team.
4. Assess and select products suitable for international markets, identifying specific needs and gaps.
5. Plan and execute the product's commercial strategy, including lifecycle management, collection updates, cross-selling, and content inclusion.
6. Determine timing and quantities for merchandise stock and initial product roll-out in international markets.
7. Ensure the availability and quality of content such as graphics, descriptions, translations, and product details.
8. Propose and coordinate comprehensive communication plans across various channels, including web and social networks, and oversee graphic material development for marketing activities.
9. Analyze web metrics to identify merchandising needs and generate insights for business improvement.
Academic requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, or related fields.
2. Master's or higher degree in Communication, E-Commerce, Commercial Management, or Marketing, with specialization in fashion companies highly regarded.
Specific knowledge and skills:
1. Proficiency in English and Spanish.
2. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
3. Experience in sales and marketing.
4. Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
5. Knowledge of Google Analytics and marketplaces is highly regarded.
